Lawyer, Assoc.Prof – Dr. Bui Kim Hieu is proud to have built an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the field of legal education.
From 2001 to 2018, he served as the Deputy Head of the Faculty of Law at Dalat University, one of the pioneering universities in Vietnam providing legal education.
Since 2019, Assoc.Prof – Dr. Bui Kim Hieu has held the position of Head of the Faculty of Law at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT), one of the prestigious private universities renowned for legal education in Ho Chi Minh City.
Since 2024, he has held the title of Associate Professor, and in 2025 he became the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and International Languages at Gia Dinh University.
As a principal lecturer, Lawyer and expert in the field of law—particularly in Economic Law, Civil Law, and Labor Law—with countless generations of law graduates and master’s students, along with numerous research topics, projects, scholarly works, and published books presented at both national and international conferences, Assoc.Prof – Dr. Bui Kim Hieu has become a trusted legal advisor to both central and local news agencies.
In addition to teaching, researching, and providing legal consultancy, he also serves as an arbitrator in commercial dispute resolution at the VIAC.
