Dr. Bui Kim Hieu boasts an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the realm of legal education. From 2001 to 2018, he served as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law at Da Lat University, one of five pioneeringuniversities in Vietnam to offer legal education. Since 2019, Dr. Bùi Kim Hieu has risen to the position of Dean at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT), one of the prestigious private universities for legal education in Ho Chi Minh City. As a main lecturer and expert in leagal field, particularly in Economic Law, Civil Law, and Labor Law, with myriad generations of students (law graduates) and postgraduate students (Master of Laws), along with numerous topics, projects, research works, published books presented at both national and international conferences, Dr. Bui Kim Hieu is a familiar legal counselors to both local and central news agencies. Besides teaching, researching, and participating in legal consultations, Dr. Bui Kim Hieu also serves as an arbitrator resolving commercial business disputes at Thinh Tri Commercial Arbitration Center.
